Darren Clare
Managing Director

Darren is the Managing Director at Create. Before forming the company in 2004, Darren held a number of key positions for blue-chip companies including Head of Sales and Business Development for Swatch UK, BT and Philips Consumer Electronics. Darren has since become an expert commentator on consumer and healthcare related business and marketing.

Always keen to push healthcare businesses in fresh and exciting directions, Darren looks forward to the new opportunities that the growing trends in general patient marketing will bring.

Ed Hudson
Client Services Director

With over 15 years of agency experience under his belt already, Ed brings a wealth of experience to the team that makes him a perfect fit as Client Services Director.

Andrew Gibson
Creative Director

Andrew is a highly experienced designer and brand creative, with some 12 years’ experience under his belt. He's a very versatile thinker, and his approach is linear and strategic, but greatly insightful. As a result, he has delivered a wide ranging portfolio of identities for our clients.

Sarah Bolt
Planning Director

Sarah is a proven marketing professional with 20 years' experience of working with successful organisations across the private and public sector. She has worked with a diverse range of global brands including Virgin, Dyson and Diageo, developing marketing strategies and implementing campaigns.

In 2009, Sarah took the decision to focus her career within the healthcare sector, undertaking an MSc in Social Marketing whilst providing consultancy services to the NHS and the private healthcare sector. Sarah has now found her professional home at Create and enjoys providing insight and planning services to the company’s wide array of healthcare clients including Dentsply and Hollister.

Justin Morgan
Head of Digital

Our very own Bristol born design genius, Justin Morgan, brings skills galore and a slew of ideas to our in-house studio. Ten years' experience in the design world means Justin’s skills are up there with the very best of the best, and his all-consuming passion for gadgets and technological curiosities gives him immense job satisfaction.

Tom Williams
Business Advisor

With more than 30 years' experience in the financial services sector, Tom has spent much of that time both sitting on and advising Boards of numerous organisations.

These days he works with a variety of businesses in a non-executive or consulting capacity and his knowledge is put to good use at Create, where he brings a pragmatic and disciplined approach towards our strategic direction and tactical plans.

Lesley Maddox
Accountant

Lesley ran a successful family business for 15 years before managing the day to day finance of Create. Her encyclopedic knowledge of PE's, PO's, PI's and every other accounting information you could think of helps the business run wonderfully smoothly.

Lesley absolutely loves tea – and we’re always happy to make it for her. She does deal with our payroll, after all.

Steve Alford

Steve brings the studio many years' experience as an artworker, and has worked with a variety of extremely high profile clients, such as Sky and Spire Healthcare. Not only does Steve’s incredible eye for detail bring a degree of intense professionalism to the work we do for our clients, but his knowledge of print means we can translate ‘slugs’ and ‘bleeds’ into plain English for the client.

Social Media & PR Consultant

Chris Street is an ex-daily newspaper and business magazine editor, who brings a wealth of experience to the Create team. A prolific blogger since 2005, Chris has helped numerous healthcare companies across the UK to set up and profitably manage their blogging and social media profiles online. His skills do not end there; he also advises clients on strategic media relations, SEO copywriting and PR placement to help them engage with the public.

Richard George
Account Director

Richard offers experience spread across 20 years of agency account management, sales and marketing operations. His client work spans public, private and third sectors from the Army to UNICEF and most recently, a private hospital group and global dental device manufacturer. He has an MA in Marketing, a Chartered Institute of Marketing Diploma and, bizarrely, a degree in Agriculture. He is a keen fly fisherman and plays the guitar regrettably badly.
