July is a key acquisition month for Sky Business.
Traditionally, Sky has sent an acquisition campaign at the start of the new football season to licensed prospects only.
This was aimed at capturing customers at a time when the 2007/08 sports season was about to begin.
The aim was to increase the number of licensed subscribers
and increase the number of subscribers upgrading to Football+.
At the end of the campaign the results showed a 100% uplift in new business. The most successful Summer Promotion to date.
