Impey Overview

Impey are one of the UK’s most successful niche brands in healthcare showering solutions. Having marketed their products predominantly within the healthcare sector, they approached Create to help launch their ‘Courtier’ range among the general public. In the three months following our brand positioning project, Impey received over 7,000 new brochure requests.

Impey Business

We implemented various tools to support the Impey sales team, equipping them to measure performance in order to see a return on their marketing investments.

We also built the strategy around the company’s long term aim of marketing the business for sale. Our diversification initiatives were designed to improve the attractiveness of the Impey product offering to potential buyers and, as hoped, the business was sold in 2010.

In refreshing the Impey ‘Courtier’ brand, the Create team built upon the philosophy at the heart of the company that, for people with specialist healthcare needs, showering independently should not mean having to compromise on style. As such, the elegant new brand reflected the Impey emphasis on high quality, beautiful design, as well as its reputation for reliability and safety.

Impey Marketing

As part of a rigorous marketing plan to support the brand, we introduced various digital initiatives including an interactive online quotation system. With the aim of making the ordering process as straightforward as possible for customers, we built an accessible website which lays out the vast product offering in a clear and easily navigable way. Moreover, we designed a simple four step ordering process to be used in all communication material.
