We worked closely with Impey to launch Courtier – a range of high quality, reliable, beautifully designed shower rooms for people with specialist needs.

National press advertising included placement in The Times, Telegraph, Saga and Choice Magazines.

Making life easy

Given the specialist needs of likely customers we wanted to make the selection and ordering process as easy as possible.

This led to a simple four step process that was used in all communication material including the brochure and website.

Three months after launch, Impey had received over 7,000 brochure requests and more than 20 showrooms across the country were onboard. Also, the improved online and search presence had resulted in major orders from entirely new clients
