Gynaechoice, a group of four highly skilled consultant gynaecologists, came to us with the clear objective of extending the scope of their services to new audiences. They were keen to make their practice accessible to women of all ages, broadening the appeal of the brand whilst preserving the sense of dignity and privacy surrounding what can be a sensitive subject matter for many women.

Create helped Gynaechoice negotiate a move to their own specialised facility at Nuffield Health Wessex Hospital in Southampton, an ideal location to facilitate their ambitious growth aspirations. We also organised the interior design of their new superb private facility at Chandlers Ford, creating a ‘branded environment’ which patients would recognise and be reassured by their surroundings.

Gynaechoice Brand

Create breathed new life into the brand by updating the logo and developing a set of complementary images which perfectly captures the Gynaechoice core value of helping ‘real women with real problems’. Both the strap line and design were intended to encourage potential patients who may have avoided seeking medical attention in the past, providing a sense of female solidarity and reassurance of the clinic’s extensive expertise.

Gynaechoice Marketing

Create launched a multi-faceted campaign to introduce the new Gynaechoice brand. The website played a crucial role, bringing a new focus on patient education by incorporating a blog and e-newsletter. As gynaecology can be a sensitive subject, Create built the strategy around patient privacy through functions such as an online appointment form. Marketing communication tools such as newsletters and social media platforms also enabled Gynaechoice to keep in direct contact with its patients.
