Create were commissioned to bring a fresh perspective and breathe new life into both the design and communications strategies, resulting in an ongoing partnership that has lasted seven years.
Create’s brand analysis and realignment formed part of a wider strategy to facilitate the acquisition of the business. Armed with a strong and well defined brand, Dean and Dyball were able to sell to Balfour Beatty. Create continues to work as Dean and Dyball’s lead agency, maintaining their independent value and identity under the Balfour Beatty umbrella.
In order to retain visual recognition of the brand, Create built on the existing design but introduced several new features and a dynamic colour scheme. This refreshed identity was then rolled out at all customer touch points and within the company, augmented by an internal brand guideline document.
Having implemented a new brand, Create embarked on a campaign to raise its profile through a range of communication materials, ensuring consistency and therefore promoting brand loyalty. We continue to serve Dean and Dyball as their outsourced marketing department, responding to all their PR and advertising requirements.
