Comprehensive Care buys out CompCare Puerto Rico
28 July 2010 - US healthcare services provider Comprehensive Care Corp (OTCBB: CHCR) said today that its subsidiary Comprehensive Behavioral Care (CBC) has acquired the residual 49% of CompCare de Puerto Rico for an undisclosed sum.
As a result of the transaction, CompCare de Puerto Rico became a wholly owned subsidiary of CBC.
The move will enable the company to boost its business in Puerto Rico, CompCareâs chairman Clark Marcus commented.
